2026-03-02 (update): Expanded search to San Francisco, Cupertino, Campbell, Los Gatos, Saratoga, Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek, and other missed cities. Found 5 additional qualifying properties (total now 44). SF had 2 fully confirmed + 1 pending. Most SF buildings fail on AC, parking, or in-unit W/D. No new construction apartments exist in Cupertino/Campbell/Los Gatos/Saratoga.

Low-income housing pipeline continues separately — accounts and applications tracked in `secret-low-income-housing/`.

2026-03-03: Shortlist prepared (`shortlist.md`). 8 Tier-1 properties selected from 44 researched. Gideon has units specifically on Apr 2 and Apr 8 — most time-sensitive. Waiting on Junwon to confirm area preference before scheduling tours.

2026-03-03 (update): Search expanded to Petaluma, Napa, American Canyon, Brentwood, El Cerrito, Walnut Creek, Concord. 4 fully confirmed + 7 one-call-away added. Total qualifying: ~55. Best value: Mayfair Station El Cerrito ($2,021 studio, BART-adjacent).
