7. refund: TRUE if this is a refund/credit. amount stays positive, refund flag indicates direction.

10. need_receipt: TRUE if business expense and no receipt file (transaction_id.*) exists in receipts-secrets folder yet. FALSE if receipt exists or if personal expense (receipts only needed for business).
