# FY1 S2 W2 Product # FY1 S2 W2 Junwon Shell Junwon Shell is the frontend interface you need for your custom GPT app. NOTE: This targets developers only and is not in line with our plan to reach consumers. # FY1 S2 W2 Junwon Notebook Junwon Notebook is a data notebook with GPT assistants. You can share any data you log on this secure private notebook with GPT assistants that you create or find on our AI Center. Add notes as plain texts or spreadsheets that you want GPT assistants to read over. Then you can ask GPT assistants questions about information in a specific note or across multiple notes. No need to organize. Just leave all to AI. On top of manually adding notes or uploading CSV files, you can also import data from sources like Apple Health, Chase Bank, Google Calendar, or Microsoft Outlook. You can analyze the way you are spending time or money, or plan new workout routines, or make a meal plan for next week with a perfectly balanced nutrition. # FY1 S2 W2 Junwon App 9.8.0 ## Overview - Foundation branch: Get more done in life with the help of AI assistants on Junwon app! Junwon app is a data notebook with AI assistants. - As a reminder, Junwon app is based on our roadmap: how we want the world to be, how we want people to live, and what we want our company and our product to be to our customers. With this effort, we propose what we think is a good direction for all of us. - Prominence branch: Make AI stickers, AI comics, and AI characters on Super app! Super app is a community app with AI contents creation tools. - As a reminder, Super app is based on desires of people. This is strictly based on present behaviors of consumers. ## Customer Journeys ### **Making AI Stickers** Alex gets a text message from a friend about a new drink menu at Starbucks. He wants to respond with an appropriate image. He opens Super app. The app loads super fast, because we show navigation before other elements are loaded from the server. He can enter Sticker Studio in a tap. He loads an image of a Pikachu meme, and asks it to remake it using the Starbucks siren. He can draw on it to finely control the image. He likes the output, downloads it, and sends his friend. ### **Making AI Comics** Alex has been a long time fan of Korean web comics and Japanese manga. This year, he was able to turn his own ideas into a comic using the power of Super. He got a small group of fans who deeply appreciate his unique plot of a programmer who uses code as magic spells and AI models as magical pets. He sits down at a cafe to start making this week's episode. He opens the Super app, then the comic Studio room. He makes boxes for the cartoon scenes. He can add a new row box, or split a row into multiple columns. He taps a box to open it in editor, then draws silhouettes of characters or the scene using his finger. He goes back, fills out more boxes. And is done with the week’s episode. He clicks batch generate, then AI assistant turns his sketches into cartoon scenes. He clicks a box at a time, adds more instructions on how to edit it to better fit his wishes, then the AI does so. When he is happy, he adds speech boxes to the scenes, then publishes it. ### **First Time Visitor** It is the first time that Clara is visiting Super app. She saw someone share a content with Super app watermark, and got interested. She opens [super.com](http://super.com) on her web browser. The webpage looks exactly like the home page of the app, because it is the demo. At the top is a special message from us telling her what the app is in one sentence and that she is in a demo to show her what the app is. She opens a room to vicariously experience texting a bot, then another room to experience making an AI sticker, and then another room to experience a group chat. She is invited to try two more rooms if she is interested. But for now, we ask her to try scrolling up (to see below the page). After elastic resistance, she finds discovery feed. It is a full screen room with an AI. We recommend based on trending, or based on her personal interests, or even generate for her. As she experiences the demo, we explain the fuel system. Demo account has very few, then depletes completely in discovery feed. At this point, we invite her to make an account, either for one fuel charge or for membership. Once she becomes a member, we invite her to get the mobile app if she is not on the app already. ## Study Plan ### **Observations** Present form of Super is based on following observations: - AI Stickers: I have multiple friends who save memes (funny images) on phones, then attach to messages on messenger apps. I have seen strangers on the web, both in America and in Asia, attach memes to comments, collect memes from posts in order to later attach to comments, and thank others for sharing collectable memes which they explicitly say they will use for commenting purposes. Based on these evidence, I suspect people desire to obtain images that can fit well into an ongoing conversation on messengers or communities. Sometimes, existing memes can satisfy. Other times, we can let people manually recover from the absence of perfect memes by letting them create perfect memes. - AI Comics: Users of Stable Diffusion models have been enthusiastic about applying the models to generating cartoon images (as opposed to realistic images). I am not sure whether this is due to current limitations of models (perhaps current models are okay at generating cartoon images but not yet good at generating realistic images) or due to desires of people (perhaps people do really want cartoon images more), but for Prominence branch, I promised to act only upon observed behaviors. On online forums where people share the AI arts, I found people posting images, and then writing text captions narrating what the character in the image is thinking or saying or doing. I suspect people will want better tools to narrate stories. If we can give them tools for easily making posts in the format of web comics, then they will be able to make those posts better. - AI Characters: After ChatGPT came out, I have had a lot of fun while meeting with friends just chatting with ChatGPT. I recall a video call in which a friend shared his screen and the rest of us shouted out what message to send next to ChatGPT. I recall a lunch when a friend and I both had ChatGPT on our phones, sharing funny responses, not only with each other, but also with a mutual friend, who was not present, in a group chat on a messenger app. Apparently, Bill Gates also likes to play with ChatGPT whenever he has friends over according to an interview he had this week. For Foundation branch, I was not able to find any strong utility from such conversations. But for Prominence branch, I see people are already having group chats with ChatGPT without a real group chat support, and I suspect people will have a lot of fun if we let them make group chats with friends and ChatGPT or custom GPT characters they create. ### **Test** I think it is possible to skip landing page. We can provide a demo on the web app, and then let people sign up for the waitlist. We can also distribute watermarked contents on social media inviting people to try our product.
