# FY1 S2 Product Plan We dream to make a world where anyone can develop programs and create contents. To do so, we will deliver the power of Generative AI to the everyday consumers. # Market ### Target Customer Pioneering consumers are using Generative AI for fun. They are using Image Generation models to create interesting arts and Text Generation models to create interesting conversations. ### Customer Problem There is no fun and easy way to use Generative AI models. Most potential consumers who consider using Generative AI for fun give up when they encounter the complexity of the set up process. The pioneering consumers who overcome the challenge end up with subpar experiences that lack support for mobile devices let alone other basic and expected features. This is because all present tools are hobby projects developed and maintained by amateur developers. Pioneering consumers are constantly migrating from one unpolished solution with a price to another, demonstrating that they are not satisfied with any present solutions. Whereas consumers desire fun and easy ways to use powerful Generative AI models, amateur developers have no business models that can support investing talents like designers and developers into making great products. Pioneering consumers are small in number, so big corporations are not able to address them. We have an opportunity to help them. Since they are constantly trying new solutions, we expect they will try our product if we offer to them. Since they are actively sharing their experiences with new solutions on online communities, we expect they will help us distribute to many of them. # Product Anyone can install the Junwon app easily from the app stores. Upon first visit, the visitor can experience a demo, understand how to get to the first success (to generate an image or chat with an AI), then sign up with an email address. On the app, FF7725 Gold represents humans, 06E2E2 Blue represents AIs, and E20606 Red represents us the company. ### Technology The technology powering the Junwon App product experience is Junwon Computer as documented in [foundation/0.1.0](FY1%20S2%20Version%20Documents/foundation%200%201%200%20752a7fbd2a9640ff966e0af1ddfa7874.md). In summary, it rethinks what a computer is as representation of data in the following grammar: CHARACTERS place ITEMS in SPACES. ### Defense To provide safety and freedom, we rely on the following principle: a person’s right to freedom ends where another person’s right to safety begins. A person may produce freely, but must distribute safely, just like how existing laws permit a person to write freely at home, but prohibits the person from publicly handing out unlawful writing. We will keep learning as we operate, just like how laws of even the most stable states today are constantly challenged and changing. ### Roadmap After we deliver the first version, we expect we will be able to grow the product in following ways: - Input Formats: For example, finger draw outlines to guide image generation models. - Data Modality: From text and image, grow to support audio, video, 3D, games. - Tuning and Training: Let members bring data and make their own AI models. - Web Browser: Give a web browser to AI characters so that they can better assist members. - Program Graph: Let members create complex logic using nodes and links. Each node is defined by expected inputs, desired processing, and expected outputs. Links denote order. This will be able to support all computer programs. - 3P Data Connectors: Let members bring data like health and fitness, banking and investing accounts, calendar events, work documents, and contacts. Members will be able to make AI characters on our app perform operations for them. - Community Forums: On top of messenger format, support community forum format. This will also let us support stores. - Multiple Instances: Let members have several windows open. Perhaps the windows are floating in AR when the member is using our app on an AR form factor. - Custom Skins: Let members create custom skins for the app using the AI models. For example, change the skin of the app to Fall Edition with maple leaf buttons.
