# FY1 S2 Company Roadmap In this document [NOTE:1], we discuss where we want to reach one day (Section: Grand Enterprise) and how we will get there from where we are today (Section: Company Roadmap). # Grand Enterprise Our grand enterprise is making a world where every person can spend every moment dreaming and making dreams a reality. For a person to be able to spend capital, most importantly time, not on work that needs to be done, but on work that one wants to work on, desires of the person must first be fulfilled [NOTE:2]. A hungry person can only work on getting food. We have no need to invent new desires (nor do we have the ability to do so). We just need to bring down the cost of fulfilling the desires that people have been already fulfilling but just to the vanishing point so that people can direct capital, most importantly time, to dreaming and making dreams a reality. Our grand enterprise is a complex task, and it will take decades for us to complete it if it is possible at all. This will be a long journey, but we will be traveling together. People who understand our dream and choose to join us in our journey are our members. We will present our dream to people to show them that we can live differently. Then for people who choose to join us, we will provide to them all that we can at the moment so that they can live as closely as possible at that moment to how we dream people will be able to live one day. Way of living will forever remain to be our grand product. All our other products will merely contribute to it. Then it follows that we just have to engage in this simple operation: 1. Make a product with newly invented technology to better fulfill present desires of people. This enables better way of living. 2. Deliver the product such that people can live better. 3. Invest profits into advancing technology so that we can fulfill desires at increasing coverage and decreasing cost. If we keep operating this way, then we will one day get to fulfill all desires at no cost. Then our grand enterprise will be done. # Company Roadmap We plan to enter businesses in this order. ## Information Products We start with information products (contents and programs) since the cost of fulfilling desires using information products is virtually zero. ### Generative AI We will provide an app where anyone can create any contents and develop any programs using Generative AI. This will fulfill the currently unfulfilled long tail distribution of desires that consumers have not been able to fulfill because they lack the power to produce information products. By providing this app with Generative AI, we will get high demands for computing power. ### AI Simulations We will develop operations for growing products using AI simulations. While customers are not using our products, AI simulations will test possible products and features, enabling endless and automatic birth and growth of products and features. By operating this simulation, we will get high demands for computing power. Theoretically, this can give us infinite demands for computing power, since we can direct any excess computing capacity to running more simulations from which we can derive utility by getting new products and features. ### Data Centers Using our demands for computing power, we will construct data centers. This will secure our supply for computing power. ## Material Products Once our position in the information products market is secure, we will expand into material products market. ### Consumer Electronics We will provide electronic devices to consumers. Our devices will be made to best support contents and programs from our Generative AI app, and best work with our data centers to save local capacity. Sensors on devices will enhance Generative AI app. By providing consumer electronics, we will get high demands for manufacturing capacity. ### Supply Chain Using our demands for manufacturing capacity, we will construct factories, warehouses, and delivery networks. ### Custom Designs We will let people design new products (like chairs) using our Generative AI app, then order them to be made and delivered on our supply chain. By providing this service, we will get demands for manufacturing and delivery with which we can more reliably secure our supply chain. ## Living Spaces Once our products are ready, we will start combining them into coherent experiences. ### Temporary Hospitality We will invite people to stay in our hotels or cruises for days or weeks. We will furnish the spaces using our products. Providing this service will let us learn challenges and solutions for creating and operating great living spaces. ### Permanent Residence Once we feel comfortable providing services to people during temporary stays, we will start providing same or better service for permanent stays (months or years). ### City Community Once we have demonstrated success with multiple residences, we will construct entire cities for people. Our customers, such as states, will be able to construct civilizations the way they dream using our technology suite. At this point, we will be providing all that we ever want to be providing. All we need to do then will be to keep advancing technology until coverage is full and cost is zero. In this version, we remade roadmap based on Generative AI.
