Added Supabase. 

Added Authentication. 

Added Characters.  

We chose Supabase, because we expect we will be able to migrate off Supabase to 1P data center later. Supabase is open source and is facing pressure from current customers to support self-host options. Supabase also provides a wide range of useful features. 

Note that we may want to consider adding FastSeelog on Cassandra or Scylla. Discord migrated from Cassandra to Scylla, but Scylla seems to have low community support. If we add FastSeelog, we may change name of current Seelog database to TrueSeelog since it is better fit for storing data that needs to remain accurate.
