# FY1 S0 Company Brand # **Guidelines** ### Tell One Story Operate in line with the story we tell. The statements we publish, the artifacts we produce, and the decisions we make must be in line with the story that we publish every season. ### Be Human and Love People Today, it is easy for us to maintain a human brand. All that we say and do as a company are what I say and do as a person, so it is easy for others to expect from Junwon the Company what they can expect from Junwon the Person. People can expect us to be wishing the best for them and to be trying our best to make our such wishes come true, because that’s what we do naturally as humans. Even when we grow as a team and it becomes more difficult for us to do so, let us stay human. If we present us as an abstract corporation, we will start thinking like one. An abstract corporation treats abstract stakeholders in ways we never treat the people we know and love personally. Where is the fun in living each day as an abstract corporation like that? We come together to combine our powers to make advances in line with our philosophy in ways better and greater than we can make alone. That we have come together must not be an inhibition for our advances and our philosophy. Be human. Be loving. This is the brand we want to maintain now and always. Let it be clear to people that we are just people like them, living among them, making decisions as humans, intending good, trying our best, and holding in our mind the people we love. And let us live up to such expectations. At the start of each day at work, let us motivate us with none other than the projection of how our work today will make tomorrow a little better for the people we love. Even when we have so many customers that each of us cannot get to know all of them personally, let it not be an excuse for us to give up getting to know even some of them. Keep meeting our customers, our partners, and our own teammates. Get to know them. Get to love them. And instead of making decisions as an abstract corporation for abstract stakeholders, let us make decisions as us for the people we know and love. ### Communicating with Users and Developers Since the utility that consumers and producers want from us is different, we need to communicate differently. **Junwon App for Users:** Users (consumers) want outcome. They are not interested in the complex operations creating the outcome. Junwon App communicates with the abstraction that users want and expect. We will provide one app that proposes and fulfills clear promises on outcomes it will make happen for the users. **Junwon Platform for Developers:** Junwon Platform is the interface we will provide to the developers. The color is monochrome (B1B2B3 and FFFFFF). The font is SF Pro made by Apple. Avenir was hard to read when printed small. ### **Domains** **junwon.com** is our primary domain. **junwon.app** is how consumers will reach us. **junwon.dev** is how developers will reach us. ### **Social Media** We operate as JunwonApp on Reddit, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. The name JunwonApp informs social media users that there exists an app which they can find and install.
