    2. $120K-$150K salary with 0.1%-0.5% equity for senior developers. Recommended developers with at least 3 years of experience. Also, a developer who worked for a big company for 15 years had difficulty adjusting to the fast pace of his startup. 
2. Hiring sales team. Will hire all of sales team from USA. 
3. 1 executive assistant in Philippines via Athenago. Should have hired executive assistant earlier, because she has been very helpful.
