Stripe is taking care of Tax for now. Later, need to find or make a more complete solution. 

Businesses with sales under $500K in CA and $100 in WA need not pay sales taxes. In FY1 S1, keep sales under $500K in CA and $100K in WA, and we need not spend any time on understanding the tax filing process.
