## Previous build spec (reference)

Stack: Single HTML file with embedded CSS and JS.

Features built:

1. Timer -- select duration (1, 3, 5, 10, 15 min), start/pause/reset, circle countdown animation
2. Breathing guide -- animated circle that expands (inhale 4s) and contracts (exhale 4s) with text prompts
3. Ambient sounds -- 3 built-in options (rain, ocean, forest) using Web Audio API oscillators/noise
4. Session log -- track completed sessions in localStorage, show streak count and total minutes

Design: dark background, minimal, calm palette (deep navy/purple with soft gold accents). Large touch-friendly buttons. Mobile-first.
