Restructure Manglasabang repo to reflect the updated organizational model.

## Key Changes

* **Palace Lab** = new experimental umbrella (Palace Fate lives inside it)
* **Palace App** = production product (unchanged)
* **4 fronts** for balanced weekly advancement: Companies management, Palace App, Palace Lab, Palace Fund
