## Description
Build Palace Health — a personal health tracking app for Palace Ring.

App lives at `/health`. Tracks food intake, exercise, sleep, symptoms, and body metrics. Each day stored as a JSON file in `palaces/manglasabang/palaceapps/palacehealth/YYYY/MM/DD.json`.
