**Phase 1 — Layout:** Page loads correctly. Header with Junwon/Ace owner tabs, account domain pills, folder tabs (Inbox/Sent), split list/detail pane layout, compose button — all present and correct.

**Phase 2 — Functionality (all pass):**
- All 6 IMAP accounts load inbox and sent mail
- Message detail view returns subject, from, date, body, and attachments
- Search works (both inbox and sent)
- Attachment downloads return 200
- Compose modal populates correctly for new, reply, and forward
- Owner tab switching reloads with correct accounts
- Account pill switching resets to INBOX correctly
- Thread mode, swipe gestures (archive/delete), push notifications — all wired correctly

No fixes needed.
