Palace Mail is fully operational. Complete test results:

**All APIs working:**
- Inbox loads for all 6 accounts (junwon/ace × manglasabang/palace.fund/palacering)
- Sent folder, search, message detail, attachments all responding correctly
- Error handling working (unknown account → 400, missing message → 404)

**UI structure verified:**
- Header with owner tabs (Junwon/Ace), account pills, compose button
- Split layout (list pane left, detail pane right)
- Compose modal, reply pre-fill, thread mode, swipe gestures — all intact

No issues found, no fixes needed.
