Palace Mail self-heal audit complete. All features passed:

- **Layout**: Header with Junwon/Ace owner tabs, account domain pills, split list/detail pane, compose button — all rendering correctly
- **APIs**: All 6 mail accounts return inbox data via IMAP; search, message detail, and attachment endpoints all functional
- **Interactivity**: Owner tab switching, account pill switching, compose modal, reply/forward pre-fill, thread mode toggle — all working
- **No fixes needed.** The only noise is a stale `sharp` warning from `@astrojs/node` (benign, not mail-related) and old log entries from the pre-restructure path.
