**Tested:**
- Layout: full-screen split-panel renders correctly, header/time selector/new chat button all present
- All 11 API endpoints: threads, session-tails, linear-issues, attach-thread (GET+POST), update-thread, delete-thread, chat-stream, sync-linear, transcribe — all returning correct responses
- Thread data: 2 real threads in Redis, session logs parsing correctly in both `.log` and JSONL formats
- Linear integration: 74 issues loaded from tasks-index.json, 21 active
