Palace Code is fully operational. Here's what the self-heal agent tested and verified:

**All clear.** 9 API endpoints tested, all returning correct responses:
- Thread list (`/code/api/threads`) — 3 replied threads in last 24h
- Session tails (`/code/api/session-tails`) — log parsing working for both `.log` and `.jsonl` fallback
- Linear issues (`/code/api/linear-issues`) — 80+ MAN-* issues returned
- Thread attachment, update, delete, sync-linear — all returning `{ok: true}`

Layout renders correctly: split-panel layout, thread groups, time window picker, nav bar — all present. No broken features, no fixes needed.
