- **API endpoints**: All 9 endpoints tested — threads, session-tails, linear-issues, attach-thread, update-thread, delete-thread, chat-stream — all returning correct responses
- **Thread data**: 7 active threads with correct structure, grouped by status
- **Linear integration**: 78 Linear issues loading from tasks-index.json, 90+ thread-to-issue attachments in Redis
- **Error handling**: Invalid requests correctly rejected with 400s

No fixes needed, no rebuild required.
