Palace Mail is fully healthy. All features tested and passing:

- **Layout**: Header, owner tabs (Junwon/Ace), account pills, split pane, compose button — all rendering correctly
- **Inbox**: All 6 accounts loading correctly (14 emails for ace-manglasabang down to 1 for some accounts)
- **APIs**: inbox, search, message detail, attachment download, subscribe, VAPID — all returning valid responses
- **Interactions**: Owner tab switching, account pill switching, compose (new/reply/forward), thread mode toggle, swipe archive/delete — all functional

No fixes were needed.
