Palace Mail is fully healthy. Here's what was tested:

**Layout** — All structural elements present: header with owner tabs (Junwon/Ace), account pills (manglasabang, palace.fund, palacering), split pane layout, email list with sender/subject/date, compose button, search bar.

**Functionality** — All 11 features tested and passing:
- All 6 inbox accounts return data (14 / 6 / 2 / 1 / 1 / 2 messages respectively)
- Sent folder works
- Search API returns correct results
- Message detail loads correctly (HTML + text, Shadow DOM)
- Attachment download returns binary content
- Reply/Forward pre-fills correctly
- Compose opens with correct defaults
- Thread grouping logic works
- Owner tab switching works
- Account pill switching reloads inbox
- Push notification endpoint returns VAPID key

No bugs found. No fixes needed.
