Palace Code is fully operational. All features tested and passing:

- **Layout**: Split-panel renders correctly, header, nav, time window selector, and new chat button all present
- **Threads API**: 14 threads total, filtering by time window works (10 threads/1d, 2 threads/6h)
- **Session tails**: 5 most recent session entries load correctly
- **All other APIs**: linear-issues (74 issues), attach-thread, update-thread, delete-thread, sync-linear — all responding correctly
- **No bugs found** — no fixes required, no rebuild needed

The one cosmetic item is a non-fatal Sharp adapter warning in the build output, which doesn't affect runtime behavior.
