Palace Code is fully operational. Self-heal check complete:

**Tested:**
- Page renders with full layout (HTTP 200, 28KB HTML)
- All API endpoints: `/code/api/threads` (22 threads), `/code/api/linear-issues` (74 issues), `/code/api/session-tails` (5 entries), `/code/api/attach-thread`, `/code/api/update-thread`, `/code/api/delete-thread`
- Both session log formats (`web-*.log` and `palacecode-*.log`)
- Session log parsing (SESSION START, TEXT, TOOL CALL, TOOL RESULT, RESULT types)

**No fixes needed.** Everything passes.
