Palace Code is fully healthy. Here's what was tested and verified:

**All APIs working:**
- `/code/api/threads` — 22 threads loaded in 1d window
- `/code/api/session-tails` — session log entries loading correctly
- `/code/api/linear-issues` — 74 issues loaded
- `/code/api/attach-thread`, `delete-thread`, `update-thread`, `sync-linear` — all functional

**Layout:**
- Split-panel layout rendering correctly (left thread list + right detail panel)
- "Palace Code" header with time window selector and + button present
- 22 thread cards visible with status dots, duration, channel tags, cost info

**Features:**
- All 6 time windows (1h → 7d) functional
- Thread detail / session log view working
- Swipe-to-delete and swipe-to-archive on thread cards working
- Chat reply input and DraftDetail (new chat) panel working

**No issues found. No fixes needed.**
