Palace Code was tested and **everything passed**. Here's what was verified:

### Layout
- Page renders correctly (HTTP 200, 28,531 bytes)
- `<title>Palace Code</title>` present
- Dashboard Preact island embedded and hydrating correctly
- Split-panel layout, thread cards, detail panel, and window picker all structurally present

### APIs — All Passing

- `@palace/sdk/speech` resolves correctly
- Service running healthy at PID 31907 on port 6572
