Palace Code passed all tests — no fixes needed.

**Test summary:**
- HTTP 200 on `/code/` with full layout rendered (split-panel, thread groups, time window selector, new chat button)
- 18 threads returned from `/code/api/threads`
- `/code/api/session-tails` working with transcript fallback
- `/code/api/linear-issues` returning 74 issues
- All POST endpoints (`update-thread`, `delete-thread`, `sync-linear`) responding correctly
- Time window filtering working (1h=2 threads, 6h=4, 12h+=18)
- 1 in-progress thread active (~5.5min into processing, not yet stale)
- Non-critical warnings in logs (sharp adapter, palacemap import) — unrelated to Palace Code
